Im i-def.systems Intro-Seminar erhältst du einen ersten Einblick in die Denkweise, Methodik und Trainingsphilosophie von i-def.systems.

In drei intensiven Stunden lernst du grundlegende Prinzipien des zivilen Selbstschutzes kennen und erfährst, warum Distanz, Kommunikation, Wahrnehmung und mentale Vorbereitung oft wichtiger sind als körperliche Techniken.
