Participation Requirements and Health

I am of legal age and consider myself physically and psychologically able to participate in the event. I provide below details of any health conditions or other circumstances that may be relevant to my participation. I will inform the organiser of any relevant changes before the event begins.

Nature of the Event and Risks

I acknowledge that, depending on its content, the event may include physical exercises, partner exercises involving physical contact, including full-contact exercises, realistic scenarios, and physical and psychological stress. Despite qualified instruction and appropriate safety measures, injuries cannot be completely ruled out. I decide at my own discretion whether to participate in individual exercises and will inform the trainers immediately if I feel physically or psychologically overwhelmed.

Safety and Conduct

I agree to follow the trainers’ instructions and to treat other participants with respect and consideration. I may decline or stop any exercise at any time and will inform the trainers immediately of any pain, injury or discomfort. For safety reasons, the organiser may exclude participants from individual exercises or from further participation in the event.

Liability

I understand that, despite careful organisation and safety measures, there is a general risk of injury. The organiser’s liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability for damage caused by ordinary negligence is excluded; liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
