Scope of the Trial Training Session

Acknowledgement *

I acknowledge that the trial training session consists exclusively of one single training session free of charge and that there is no entitlement to any further free participation in the training.

Health, Liability and Personal Responsibility

Safety Rules and Instructor Authority

I agree to follow the Instructor’s instructions at all times and without exception. Participation may be terminated at any time in the event of dangerous behaviour or failure to follow instructions.

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

I consent to the taking and use of photographs and video recordings for public relations purposes.

Data Protection

The personal data collected is used exclusively for the organisation and conduct of the trial training session and for contacting the participant. The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. The data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
